Bio

Jim serves as the Program Manager for Central Student Government.  He advises student leadership within Central Student Government, including the Student Body President and Vice President. He assists them in the implementation of the various CSG programs (AirBus, Test Prep, Student Organization Funding, elections, executive initiatives, and legislative initiatives). He also manages the office space and is responsible for all student employees within the organization. He advises the student leadership of three branches of student government including executive, legislative, and judicial as well as supervises student employees in the implementation of their transportation program that provides subsidized trips to and from the Detroit airport for major university breaks and in their implementation of low-cost Test Prep Courses for GRE, LSAT, and MCAT.  Finally, he works with the election team to implement student government elections in November and March of each academic year.
Jim worked for the Center of Campus Involvement from 2014-2017 before coming to his current position in Fall of 2017.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Michigan in 2013 and his Master of Arts in higher education and Student Affairs from Eastern Michigan University in 2016.
