Tracy Wright is a nurse consultant, certified medical/mental health case manager, and is certified in individual and group critical incident stress management. She assists students to obtain, understand, and self-advocate for quality medical/mental health and resource services. The goal of this partnership with students is to establish and promote student wellness, recovery, academic success, and facilitate individual transitions to adult independence. She assisted in establishing the student/Dean of Students intervention process using the overlapping fundamental strategies of the Universities return to work model for employees and crisis intervention model. Tracy participated in the development of the campusmindworks website specifically for college students and their families. She is a committee member of the Depression on Colleges Campus and Council for Disability Concerns teams and a staff adviser for the student "Expect Respect" group. Tracy has worked with U of M students through the Dean of Students office since 2005.
