Our Journey & Impact
2006 — The Spark: Paul and Amy Blavin endow a scholarship at the University of Michigan to support students with experience in foster care.
2009 — The Vision: U-M Student Life envisions a comprehensive program providing holistic, wraparound support for Blavin Scholars.
2010 — The Launch: The Blavin Scholars Program officially launches and hires its first program director.
2026 — The Milestone: The program celebrates nearly 130 graduates. Go Blavin Scholars! Go Blue!
