Mark serves as a Program Manager for the Dean of Students at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mark oversees the Beyond the Diag program, which provides programming, resources and support for students living off-campus. In addition to being a program manager, Mark also provides direct support to students who are looking for assistance with issues impacting their Michigan Experience.
Prior to coming to the University of Michigan in January 2020, Mark served as a Program Coordinator for Avalon Housing and as Community Liaison Manager for Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in English and Psychology from Nottingham Trent University in 2001 and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of York in 2018.
